We accept returns on all UNUSED products.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify customer service that you'd like to file a return within 7 DAYS of delivery. A Support Goat will issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label, so all you have to do is hand the package to your mail person or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.  

Returns are subject to the following conditions: 

  1. The product MUST be unused. 
  2. You MUST have a valid RMA number. RMA's are valid for 15 days from the day they are issued.
  3. Shipping, signature, and rush processing fees are non-refundable. 
  4. Items returned due to customer preference will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  5. Returns for store credit are NEVER charged a restocking fee. 
  6. If you choose to use our pre-paid label, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund (usually $5-10).

What happens if my item arrives damaged? 

In the event you receive a broken or incorrect item, simply reach out to our support team and we'll get it taken care of pronto.
